研究目的:

在过往研究的背景下,本研究旨在绘画治疗联合心理健康课程对高职学生心理健康水平所造成的的影响,并且试图制定出行之有效的课程方案。具体而言,本文将回答以下问题: (1)使用该模型可以提高职业教育机构学生的整体心理健康水平,去除A类严重心理问题的学生,减少B类轻微心理问题的学生,增加C类良好心理健康的学生。 (2)在课堂上使用这种模式可以更好地解决学生的人格问题,如人际交往不充分、情绪管理失调和缺乏学习意愿。 (3) 这种模式能更好地满足心理健康课程的教学要求,解决学生的现实问题。  

Objectives of Study:

In the context of previous research, this study aims to draw the impact of a combined therapeutic mental health programme on the mental health levels of higher education students, and to attempt to develop a programme that works. Specifically, this paper will answer the following questions: (1) The use of this model can improve the overall mental health of students in vocational education institutions by removing students with severe psychological problems in category A, reducing students with mild psychological problems in category B and increasing students with good mental health in category C. (2) Using this model in the classroom can better address students' personality problems such as inadequate interpersonal interactions, dysregulated emotion management and lack of willingness to learn. (3) This model can better meet the teaching requirements of the mental health curriculum and address students' real-life problems.

纳入标准:

本次研究以量表得分为准入和排除标准:首先首测群体均为年满18周岁在读大学生进行量表测量,其次纳入实验组标准为量表反应为心理健康水平低心理问题严重人群,心理健康水平低心理问题中等程度人群,纳入对照组标准为心理健康水平高,心理问题无人群;

Inclusion criteria

The present study was based on the scale scores as access and exclusion criteria: firstly, the first test group were all college students aged 18 years old or above who were enrolled in college for the scale measurements; secondly, the criteria for inclusion in the experimental group were that the scale response was a low level of mental health with severe psychological problems, a low level of mental health with moderate psychological problems, and the criteria for inclusion in the control group were that they had a high level of mental health with no psychological problems;
