研究目的：

对无明显认知功能障碍的卒中后吞咽障碍患者，探讨基于生物反馈技术的软管喉镜视频辅助吞咽疗法是否可以改善其吞咽功能及生活质量。通过该研究建立软管喉镜视频辅助吞咽训练的康复治疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether video-assisted swallowing therapy with flexible endoscopic based on biofeedback technique can improve swallowing function and quality of life in patients with post-stroke dysphagia without obvious cognitive impairment. Through this study, it is hoped that the rehabilitation treatment model of video-assisted swallowing training with flexible endoscopic can be established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中出血性或缺血性卒中的诊断标准，经颅脑CT或MRI检查确诊为脑卒中的成年（18~80岁）患者； ②经吞咽障碍筛查发现存在吞咽障碍且经软管喉镜吞咽功能评估（flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing，FEES）检查证实； ③患者意识清楚，生命体征平稳； ④患者同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Adult (18-80 years old) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke in the "Key Diagnostic Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" and have been diagnosed with stroke through CT or MRI examination; ② Dysphagia was found by dysphagia screening and confirmed by flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES); ③The patient's consciousness is clear and the vital signs are stable; ④The patients agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①蛛网膜下腔出血、脑出血血肿未吸收、进展型脑卒中； ②有癫痫发作史者； ③合并心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器严重疾病或者精神障碍不配合检查治疗的患者； ④合并神经系统其他疾病或耳鼻喉科疾病而影响吞咽功能者； ⑤有认知障碍：蒙特利尔认知评估基础量表(montreal cognitive assessment-basic，MoCA-B)评分总分<24分； ⑥存在严重的听理解障碍； ⑦临床上显著的视力、听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

①Subarachnoid hemorrhage, unabsorbed hematoma of cerebral hemorrhage, progressive stroke; ②Patients with a history of epilepsy; ③Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs or mental disorders who do not cooperate with examination and treatment; ④Patients with other diseases of nervous system or otorhinolaryngology that affect swallowing function; ⑤Patients with cognitive impairment: the total score of montreal cognitive assessment-basic(MoCA-B) was less than 24 points; ⑥Patients with serious hearing comprehension disorders; ⑦Patients with clinically significant visual or hearing impairments.
