研究目的：

本研究旨探索借助远程技术SSE运动方案对AIS患者Cobb角度、ATR、步态及外观的影响，为AIS患者远程康复治疗、指南制定提供高级别的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of remote technology SSE exercise regimen on Cobb angle, ATR, gait, and appearance of AIS patients, providing high-level evidence-based medical evidence for remote rehabilitation treatment and guideline development of AIS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄10-17岁； 2.Cobb角10-20度； 3.外观与X光片相符； 4.病程在半年之内；

Inclusion criteria

1. Adultescent with age 10-17 years old; 2. People whose Cobb angle 10-20 degrees; 3. People whose outlook appearance is consistent with the X-ray film; 4. People whose course of the disease is within six months;

排除标准：

1.接受过支具或训练的患者； 2.脊柱损伤或手术史； 3.智力障碍，无法完成指令者； 4.度数小于20，但家长强烈要求佩戴支具者;

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have received braces or training; 2. Patients whose history of spinal injury or surgery; 3. Individuals with intellectual disabilities who are unable to complete instructions; 4. Those with a degree less than 20, but parents strongly require them to wear braces;

1) 物理治疗师对患者进行评估，并现场教授SSE一次。借助智能软件与可穿戴传感器对 AIS 患者进行 6个月的远程康复训练指导、康复训练监督。 2）SSE包括：①自我矫正：根据不同的侧弯分型，进行三维的自我矫正，并在维持自我矫正的基础上进行日常生活；②过矫正体操：根据不同侧弯分型，进行过矫正的体操③日常宣教：告知患者如何正确的坐、站、卧和行走，日常负重不能超过体重的10%等；④被动手法：根据侧弯的不同分型，告知家长如何对孩子进行按摩。按摩的方法可在视频里反复观看。对上述内容有任何不清楚的，可通过远程视频联系治疗师，治疗师会在24小时内给予解答。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

1) Physiotherapist assesses the patient and teaches SSE once on site. With the help of smart software and wearable sensors, AIS patients will be guided and supervised in remote rehabilitation training for 6 months. (2) SSE includes: ① Self-correction: according to different scoliosis types, perform three-dimensional self-correction, and carry out daily life on the basis of maintaining self-correction; ② Over-correction gymnastics: according to different scoliosis types, perform over-correction gymnastics; ③ Daily education: inform the patients of how to sit, stand, lie down and walk correctly, and that the weight of daily load should not be more than 10% of the body weight, etc.; ④ Passive manoeuvre: according to different scoliosis types, inform the parents of how to treat their children; ⑥ Passive manipulation: according to different scoliosis types, inform the parents of how to treat the children. Passive manipulation: according to the different types of scoliosis, parents are told how to massage their children. The method of massage can be watched repeatedly in the video. If you are not sure about any of the above, you can contact the therapist via remote video and the therapist will answer within 24 hours.
