研究目的：

老年人认知衰弱发生率较高，与不良健康结局密切相关，给照护者以及社会养老医疗造成沉重负担，但我国国内并未对其进行足够重视，干预性研究更是缺乏。本课题以此为切入点选定课题研究方向，旨在通过随机对照研究验证基于HBM模式的认知与运动双重训练改善老年认知衰弱患者健康状况的护理效果，降低不良健康结局给患者带来的影响，为老年认知衰弱的护理干预提供新思路与循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The incidence of cognitive frailty in the elderly is high, which is closely related to adverse health outcomes.Cognitive frailty causes a heavy burden for caregivers and social old-age care. However, we have not paid enough attention to it and interventional studies are lacking.This project selects this topic as the research direction. Through a randomized controlled study, the project aims to verify the effect of HBM-based dual cognitive and exercise training on improving the health status of elderly patients with cognitive frailty, reduce the impact of adverse health outcomes on patients, and provide new ideas and evidence-based nursing intervention for elderly patients with cognitive frailty.

纳入标准：

知情同意。60岁≤年龄≤95岁。具备参与认知、运动双重训练的能力。

Inclusion criteria

Informed consent. 60 years ≤ Age ≤95 years. Ability to participate in both cognitive and motor training.

排除标准：

完全失能或者有严重躯体疾病无法坚持参加活动。存在运动禁忌证。恶性肿瘤晚期、脏器功能严重衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

Completely incapacitated or with a serious physical illness unable to sustain activity. There are movement contraindications. Advanced malignant tumor and severe organ failure.
