Objectives of Study：

Assessment of the value of bedside transthoracic ultrasound TTE in hypotensive patients undergoing noncardiac surgery in the AICU

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.全身麻醉下行非心脏手术患者；2.术后转入AICU；3.年龄≥18岁；4.男女不限；5.无心前区感染、肋骨骨折；6.同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Postoperative transfer to AICU; 3.Age ≥ 18 years; 4.not limited to gender; 5.No precordial infection, rib fractures; 6.Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.图像质量差，回波性差；2.不能配合无法沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Poor image quality, poor echogenicity; 2.Those who can't cooperate and can't communicate.
