研究目的：

通过此研究，帮助我们了解采用侧重于提高皮质脊髓通路兴奋性的重复脉冲经颅磁刺激治疗，能否促进前交叉韧带重建术后早期患者的股四头肌激活、预防肌肉萎缩和加快肌力恢复，从而缩短患者的康复周期，减少再次损伤的风险  

Objectives of Study：

This study helps us to understand whether repetitive pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation, which focuses on improving the excitability of the corticospinal pathway, can promote quadriceps activation, prevent muscle atrophy and accelerate muscle strength recovery in early patients after ACL reconstruction, thereby shortening the rehabilitation cycle of patients and reducing the risk of re-injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在18-40岁之间；②移植物来自自体半腱肌肌腱；③非陈旧性损伤；④术前未进行康复训练；⑤认知无异常，能正确进行居家康复治疗；⑥术前对所有情形均已清楚，并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Between the ages of 18 and 40; ② The grafts were derived from autogenous semitendinosus tendon; ③ non-old injury; (4) No preoperative rehabilitation training; ⑤ no cognitive abnormalities, can correctly carry out home rehabilitation treatment; ⑥ All the circumstances were clear before surgery, and informed consent was signed.

排除标准：

①患侧膝关节既往有严重受伤史或手术史；②合并下肢骨折；③颅内金属或磁性植入物；④起搏器或其他医疗设备植入物；⑤头部受伤或骨折病史；⑥癫痫病史、抑郁症病史、偏头痛病史；⑦术前膝关节被动无法完全伸直。

Exclusion criteria：

① The affected knee joint has a history of serious injury or surgery; ② combined with lower limb fracture; ③ Intracranial metal or magnetic implants; Pacemakers or other medical device implants; ⑤ History of head injury or fracture; ⑥ History of epilepsy, depression, migraine; ⑦ The knee joint cannot be completely straightened before operation.

干预组在常规组治疗的基础上，从术后第2天开始，将康复治疗师监督下进行的力量训练替换为重复脉冲经颅磁刺激治疗，并要求患者在感受到大腿肌肉抽搐的同时进行最大自愿收缩强度的股四头肌收缩训练

In the intervention group, strength training under the supervision of a rehabilitation therapist was replaced with repetitive pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy starting from the second day after surgery on the basis of the conventional group treatment, and patients were asked to perform quadriceps contraction training with maximum voluntary contraction intensity while feeling the thigh muscle twitching
