Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the pain improvement rate and disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain caused by acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18岁； (2)符合急性非化脓性咽炎和/或急性非化脓性扁桃体炎西医诊断标准，且咽部疼痛VAS评分≥4分； (3)符合中医热毒证的诊断标准，中医热毒证参考《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制定；主症：①咽痛或吞咽痛 ②喉核红肿。次症:①咽干灼热；②咳嗽；③咯痰；④身热；⑤目赤；⑥口干；⑦烦躁；⑧口臭；⑨大便秘结；⑩小便黄少。舌脉象:舌质红，苔黄；脉弦洪或弦数。以上热毒证(急性咽炎)必须具备咽痛或吞咽痛,或伴咽干灼热或/和咳嗽或/和咯痰,同时具备次症中④～⑩中3项或以上者,结合舌脉，即可辨证；热毒证(急性扁桃体炎)必须具备咽痛或吞咽痛、喉核红肿,或伴咳嗽或/和咯痰,同时具备次症④～⑩中3项或以上者,结合舌脉,即可辨证； (4)签署进入研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥18 years; (2) Compliance with acute non -purulent pharyngitis and/or acute non -purulent tonsillitis western medicine diagnostic standards, and pharyngeal pain VAS score ≥4 points; (3) In line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine heat and poison certificate, the traditional Chinese medicine heat and poison certificate refer to the formulation of the "Principles of the Principles of the New Medicine Research Guidance of Chinese Medicine"; main symptoms: ① sore throat or swallowing pain ② laryngeal redness and swelling. Sub -symptoms: ① dry throat burning; ② cough; ③ sputum; ④ body heat; ⑤ eyes red; ⑥ dry mouth; ⑦ irritability; ⑧ bad breath; ⑨ constipation; ⑩ urnal Huang Shao. Tongue veins: red tongue, yellow moss; pulse strings or string. The above fever syndrome (acute pharyngitis) must have sore throat or swallowing pain, or accompanied by dry throat or/and cough or/and sputum, at the same time, 3 or more in the ⑩ ⑩ ④ You can distinguish the syndrome; thermal poison syndrome (acute tonsillitis) must have sore or swallowing, throat redness, or cough or/and sputum, at the same time, 3 or more in the ⑩ ④, combined with the tongue veins , To distinguish the syndrome; (4) Sign into the consent of research knowledge.

排除标准：

1.对研究用药物成分过敏者； 2.合并患急性肺炎、支气管炎的患者； 3.已知患麻疹、猩红热、流感及粒细胞缺乏症、传染性单核细胞增多症、白血病等疾病，合并咽部症状或炎症； 4.合并有心脑血管、肝、肾、内分泌和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；肝肾功能异常且有临床意义者(总胆红素≥1.5×ULN；谷草转氨酶≥1.5×ULN；谷丙转氨酶≥1.5×ULN；碱性磷酸酶≥2.5×ULN；血清肌酐≥1.5×ULN）； 5.妊娠期或准备妊娠妇女（要求终止妊娠者除外），哺乳期妇女； 6.合并其他需服用与试验药物功能主治类似药物治疗的疾病； 7. 有证据的其他部位细菌感染者或合并其他需要使用抗菌药物的疾病 8.受试者1周内服用过抗菌消炎类药物或与试验药物功能主治类似药物者； 9.3个月内参加过药物临床试验的患者； 10.受试者不愿意参加试验或不配合治疗无法完成访视者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to studying drugs; 2. Patients with acute pneumonia and bronchitis; 3. It is known that it is known to have diseases such as measles, scarlet fever, influenza and granulocyte deficiency, infectious mononucleucleic cells, leukemia and other diseases, combined with symptoms or inflammation of the pharynx; 4. Combined serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, and hematopoietic system, patients with mental illness; abnormal liver and kidney function and clinical significance (total biphalin ≥1.5 × uln; cottage transaminase ≥1.5 × ULN; canopyrase enzyme ≥1.5 × uln; alkaline phosphatase ≥2.5 × uln; serum creatinine ≥1.5 × uln); 5. Women during pregnancy or preparing for pregnancy (except for those who are required to terminate pregnancy), lactating women; 6. Merge other diseases that need to be treated with drugs to treat similar drugs; 7. Bacteria infections with evidence or other diseases that need to be used by antibacterial drugs are merged 8. The subject has taken antibacterial and anti -inflammatory drugs within 1 week or the similar drug -like drug -like drug -like drugs are used to test drugs; 9. Patients who have participated in clinical trials of drugs within 3 months; 10. The subject is unwilling to participate in the test or does not cooperate with the treatment to complete the visitors.
