研究目的：

（1）探究不同海拔地区汉族人阴道微生物群及代谢产物构成差异，为阴道微生态失衡疾病诊断提供一个新的研究方向。 （2）探究青海高原地区正常育龄期妇女阴道微生态分布特征，为高原菌群失调的阴道疾病预防、诊断与治疗提供理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the differences in the composition of vaginal microbiota and metabolites of Han people at different altitudes, which provides a new research direction for the diagnosis of vaginal microecological imbalance. (2) To explore the characteristics of vaginal microecological distribution of normal women of childbearing age in Qinghai Plateau area, and provide theoretical guidance for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of vaginal diseases with dysbacteria.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①近3年居住地为无锡、海东市区、化隆县及果洛州；②平素月经周期规律（经期5-7d，周期28±7天）；③3d内无阴道用药和性交；④取样当日阴道无活动性出血；⑤2月内未使用过抗生素等抗菌药物；⑥无烟酒等不良嗜好，单性伴侣。

Inclusion criteria

(1) In the past 3 years, the residence is Wuxi, Haidong City, Hualong County and Guoluo Prefecture; (2) Regular menstrual cycle (menstrual period 5-7d, cycle 28±7 days); (3) No vaginal medication and sexual intercourse within 3 days; (4) There was no active vaginal bleeding on the day of sampling; (5) No antibiotics and other antibacterial drugs have been used within 2 months; (6) Bad habits such as smokeless and alcohol, one-sex partners

排除标准：

①不孕、怀孕、经期、绝经或哺乳期妇女；②患者拒绝取样者；③3个月内口服避孕药等性激素或糖皮质激素；④阴道炎症、宫颈癌、卵巢癌等患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Infertile, pregnant, menstruating, menopausal or lactating women; (2) the patient refuses to take samples; (3) Sex hormones such as oral contraceptives or glucocorticoids within 3 months; (4) Patients with vaginal inflammation, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.

在就诊患者知情同意下，行妇科检查及白带常规检查时使用2根无菌棉签在阴道后穹隆处刮取适量的阴道分泌物，取样后立即保存于-186℃液氮中，随后在4小时内转移到-80℃冰箱中储存，以备后续微生物DNA提取、高通量测序以及非靶向代谢组学测序。 数据管理：使用Excel表格对患者的临床资料及人口等特征资料进行汇总整理

With the informed consent of the patient, two sterile cotton swabs were used to scrape an appropriate amount of vaginal discharge at the posterior vaginal vault during gynecological examination and routine examination of vaginal discharge, and immediately stored in liquid nitrogen at -186°C after sampling, and then transferred to -80°C refrigerator within 4 hours for storage for subsequent microbial DNA extraction, high-throughput sequencing and non-targeted metabolomics sequencing. Data management: Use Excel tables to summarize and organize patients' clinical data and demographic characteristics
