研究目的：

以针灸专业大学生为研究对象，借助fMRI扫描技术和心理学量表，研究长期练习传统功法对针灸师情绪、注意力、认知水平及临床诊疗水平和大脑活动的影响，探索长期练习传统功法可以提高针灸医生情绪控制、注意力、认知水平和临床诊疗水平的作用规律和科学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking college students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion as the research object, with the help of fMRI scanning technology and psychological scales, the effects of long-term practice of traditional exercises on acupuncturists' emotion, attention, cognitive level, clinical diagnosis and treatment level and brain activity were studied. To explore the effect and scientific mechanism of long-term practice of traditional exercises on improving the emotional control, attention, cognitive level and clinical diagnosis and treatment level of acupuncture-moxibustion doctors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①全日制针推专业大四学生；②年龄在18～25岁之间；③右利手；④受试者同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Senior full-time acupuncture-moxibustion major; ② aged between 18 and 25 years old; ③ right handed; ④ The subjects agreed and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 意识不清，不能配合完成课题者；② 伴有身体明显不适或疼痛者，如长期失眠、耳鸣、痛经、头痛等；③ 有癌症、心、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发疾病者；④ 有明确器质性病变或严重头颅解剖结构不对称者；⑤ 酗酒及长期服用药物者；⑥ 孕妇、哺乳期妇女及近半年有妊娠意愿者；⑦ 磁共振禁忌者，如幽闭恐惧症、体内有不可拆卸金属等；⑧ 长期定期练习气功，或者是武术、舞蹈、健美操、散打或跆拳道规律运动者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Unconsciousness, unable to cooperate with the completion of the project; (2) accompanied by obvious physical discomfort or pain, such as long-term insomnia, tinnitus, dysmenorrhea, headache, etc.; ③ with cancer, heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; ④ with definite organic lesions or severe brain anatomical asymmetry; 5) alcoholism and long-term drug use; ⑥ pregnant women, lactating women and those with pregnancy intention in the past six months; ⑦ MRI contraindications, such as claustrophobia and non-removable metal in the body; ⑧ Those who have practiced Qigong regularly for a long time, or are regular sports of wushu, dance, aerobics, sanda or taekwondo.

由不知道研究方案的人员使用SPSS 26.0软件产生随机数字，将数字装入不透明信封，按照受试者纳入的先后顺序，由课题管理中心按顺序编码打开对应序号信封，将受试者分配至相应试验组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

SPSS 26.0 software was used by the staff who were unaware of the study protocol to generate random numbers, put the numbers into opaque envelopes, and then the project management center opened the envelopes with the corresponding serial numbers according to the order in which the subjects were enrolled. The subjects were assigned to the corresponding experimental groups.
