探究孤立性远端深静脉血栓抗凝的疗效与风险  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and risks of isolated distal thrombosis anticoagulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合孤立性远端深静脉血栓诊断：孤立性远端深静脉血栓(IDDVT)被定义为远端或小腿深静脉血栓(DVT)受限于下肢腘静脉以下，没有伴随性近端 DVT (PDVT)或肺栓塞(PE)。

Inclusion criteria

compatible with the diagnosis of isolated distal thrombosis: isolated distal thrombosis (IDDVT) is defined as a limitation of the distal or lower leg thrombosis (DVT) below the popliteal vein of the lower extremity, there was no concomitant proximal DVT (PDVT) or pulmonary embolism (PE) .

排除标准：

①活动性出血；②既往深静脉血栓或合并其他部位深静脉血栓；③既往凝血及纤溶系统功能异常；④活动性癌症、严重的肝肾功能不全；⑤不能配合随访等研究环节。

Exclusion criteria：

active bleeding, previous thrombosis or thrombosis, previous abnormalities in coagulation and fibrinolysis, active cancer, severe liver and renal insufficiency, and cannot cooperate with follow-up and other research steps.
