研究目的：

基于N-of-1试验评价规范治疗方案基础上加载八段锦治疗高血压合并焦虑抑郁状态患者的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the n-of-1 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Baduanjin in the treatment of patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄35~75周岁； 2.符合1级、2级EH诊断标准，即140≤SBP＜180mmHg和（或）90≤DBP＜110mmHg； 3.长期规律采用固定降压方案； 4.符合轻、中度焦虑抑郁诊断标准，即5≤GAD-7/PHQ-9≤14，且未服用或长期规律服用抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物者； 5.状态良好，无运动禁忌，有条件进行八段锦或常规运动锻炼； 6.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. aged 35-75 years; 2. meet the level 1 and level 2 eh diagnostic criteria, that is, 140 ≤ SBP < 180mmhg and / or 90 ≤ DBP < 110mmhg; 3. adopt fixed step-down scheme in a long-term rule; 4. those who meet the diagnostic criteria of mild and moderate anxiety and depression, namely 5 ≤ gad-7/phq-9 ≤ 14, and do not take or regularly take anti anxiety and antidepressant drugs for a long time; 5. in good condition, without exercise contraindications, and qualified for Baduanjin or routine exercise; 6. those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.继发性、急进性EH患者； 2.合并有脑卒中、糖尿病、肝肾功能衰竭等严重疾病者； 3.有认知障碍或肢体功能障碍的患者； 4.存在交流障碍，无法配合的患者； 5.准备妊娠、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 6.研究者判断患者依从性不好，无法完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with secondary and rapidly progressive eh; 2. patients with severe diseases such as stroke, diabetes, liver and kidney failure; 3. patients with cognitive impairment or limb dysfunction; 4. patients who have communication difficulties and cannot cooperate; 5. preparing pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; 6. the investigator judged that the patient's compliance was not good and could not complete the trial.
