研究目的：

1.比较单次肋间神经阻滞与前锯肌平面阻滞在电视胸腔镜手术术后镇痛中的效果及安全性 2.比较肋间神经阻滞与前锯肌平面阻滞对胸腔镜手术后慢性疼痛的影响 3.分析胸腔镜手术后慢性疼痛发生的危险因素，以指导我们更好地进行VATS患者的疼痛管理，推动个性化医疗的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the efficacy and safety of single intercostal nerve block and anterior serratus muscle plane block in postoperative analgesia after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery 2. Compare the effects of intercostal nerve block and anterior serratus muscle plane block on chronic pain after thoracoscopic surgery 3. Analyze the risk factors for chronic pain after thoracoscopic surgery to guide us in better pain management for VATS patients and promote the development of personalized healthcare.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在16～80岁；择期行VATS；ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Age range from 16 to 80 years old; Opt for VATS; Patients with ASA grades I to II.

排除标准：

局部麻醉药过敏；重度肥胖患者（BMI>30kg/m2）；晕动症、严重的心肺疾病、肝肾疾病、慢性胸痛；阿片类药物滥用以及沟通障碍；未完成关于慢性疼痛的术后调查。

Exclusion criteria：

Allergies to local anesthetics; Severe obesity patients (BMI>30kg/m2); Motion sickness, severe heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney diseases, chronic chest pain; Opioid drug abuse and communication barriers; Postoperative investigation of chronic pain was not completed.
