Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the therapeutic effect of myofascial manipulation combined with suspension technique on common problems of postpartum women 2. Study on the effect of positive thinking training on postpartum depression 3. Study on the reliability and validity of self-made postpartum rehabilitation assessment scale 4. Research on influencing factors of postpartum dysfunction

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄＞18岁，产后天数＞30天，自愿接受评估和治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Patients’ age ≥18 years; Postpartum time > 30 days; Volunteer for 0evaluation and/or treatment.

排除标准：

严重的心、肝、肾功能不全及休克者; 肿瘤及治疗期间再次怀孕；研究者认为不宜参与本实验的其他情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency and shock; Tumors, pregnant again during observation; Other conditions that the investigator considered inappropriate for participation in this experiment.

肌筋膜疗法联合悬吊技术治疗为非盲实验，正向意念性心理干预试验为单盲，即治疗师知晓分组，患者不知。

Blinding：

Myofascial therapy combined with suspension technique was a non-blind experiment, and positive ideation psychological intervention was a single blind experiment, that is, the therapist knew the grouping, but the patient did not.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者必须保证完整和准确地填写病例报告表。每份病例报告表中只记录一个临床研究受试者的数据资料。所有填写错误的数据或文字不可以涂改，而必须用单线划出，然后在边上重新填写正确的数据或文字，并记录研究者的姓名和修改日期。病例报告表原件保存在吉林大学第二医院康复医学科，研究中心保留电子版。数据录入需用病例报告表的原件

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The investigator must ensure that the case report form is complete and accurate. Data for only one clinical study subject shall be recorded in each case report form. Any incorrect data or text cannot be altered, but must be underlined with a single line, followed by the correct data or text on the edge, and the researcher's name and date of modification recorded. The original case report form is kept in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Second Hospital of Jilin University, and the electronic version is kept in the research Center. The original case report form is required for data entry
