研究目的：

评估对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液对胃肠道肿瘤手术患者康复质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of acetaminophen mannitol injection on the quality of rehabilitation of patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal tumors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁， ASA分级I~III级；②拟在全身麻醉下进行开腹/腹腔镜胃癌手术、开腹/腹腔镜结直肠癌手术；③可以签署知情同意书；④具有阅读及书写能力。

Inclusion criteria

① ≥18 years old, ASA grade I~III; (2) To perform open/laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer and open/laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer under general anesthesia; ③ Can sign informed consent; Ability to read and write.

排除标准：

①拒绝参加本次实验；②急诊手术；③资料不全的患者；④严重痴呆、语言障碍、听力或视觉严重受损无法完成问卷调查者；⑤术前患有严重心肺、肝肾功能障碍者；⑥慢性疼痛病史及长期服用镇痛、镇静药物者；⑦伴有精神疾病及认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Refuse to participate in this experiment; ② Emergency surgery; ③ Patients with incomplete data; ④ Severe dementia, speech impairment, severe hearing or visual impairment unable to complete the questionnaire; ⑤ Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver, and kidney dysfunction before surgery; ⑥ Chronic pain history and long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs; ⑦ Patients with mental illness and cognitive dysfunction.
