研究目的：

评估在相似生物累积量的情况下，高剂量单次放疗对于复发的抑制效果是否优于间隔放疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate whether high-dose single dose radiotherapy has a better inhibitory effect on recurrence than interval radiotherapy under similar bioaccumulation conditions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄13-60岁 2. 由至少3名医师诊断为瘢痕疙瘩 3. 瘢痕疙瘩病灶位于躯干部（胸前、肩部以及背部） 4. 皮肤Fitzpatrick类型III/IV型 5. 近6月未曾进行糖皮质激素注射、其他激光治疗等其他侵入性治疗

Inclusion criteria

1 Age 13-60 years old 2 Diagnosed as keloid by at least 3 physicians 3 Keloid lesions are located in the trunk (chest, shoulders, and back) 4 Skin Fitzpatrick Type III/IV 5 No other invasive treatments such as glucocorticoid injection or laser therapy have been performed in the past 6 months

排除标准：

1. 患有严重皮肤疾病，如银屑病、硬皮病等 2. 患有糖尿病、系统性红斑狼疮、系统性硬化等内分泌疾病 3. 患有临床表现明显或者不稳定的系统性疾病，基于可能对研究结果造成干扰予以排除，包括恶性肿瘤、难以控制的糖尿病、难以控制的高血压、不稳定性肺炎、肾脏或者肝脏器质性疾病、不稳定的心肌缺血性疾病、扩张性心肌疾病、心肌传导异常性疾病或者不稳定性心血管疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Suffering from serious skin diseases such as psoriasis, scleroderma, etc. 2 Endocrine diseases such as diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus and systemic sclerosis 3 Patients with systemic diseases with obvious or unstable clinical manifestations should be excluded based on the possibility of interfering with the research results, including malignant tumors, uncontrollable diabetes, uncontrollable hypertension, unstable pneumonia, organic diseases of kidney or liver, unstable myocardial ischemic diseases, dilated myocardial diseases, abnormal myocardial conduction diseases or unstable cardiovascular diseases.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

随机方法为由数据分析人员提前预编患者入组号（如1-1000号患者），纳入试验的患者依次分配入组号。采用PASS 15软件产生随机序列，随机分配入组号进入单次组或间隔组，并将分配结果转入信封，由专职护士保管。手术束后，由护士根据患者入组号告知相应放疗参数给予后续处理。

In the random method, the patient enrollment number (such as patient 1-1000) was pre-compiled by data analysts, and the patients included in the trial were assigned the group number in turn. The random sequence was generated by PASS 15 software, and the group number was randomly assigned to the single group or interval group, and the distribution results were transferred to the envelope and kept by full-time nurses.
