研究目的：

探讨早期清醒俯卧位在轻中度ARDS患者中的应用效果，并探索影响早期清醒俯卧位在轻中度ARDS患者中应用成功的影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of early awake prone position in patients with mild to moderate ARDS, and to explore the influencing factors of successful application of early awake prone position in patients with mild to moderate ARDS

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②患者符合ARDS的柏林诊断标准[19]，100mmHg＜PaO2/FiO2≤300mmHg；③ARDS的发病时间≤48h。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old; ② The patient met the Berlin diagnostic criteria for ARDS [19], 100mmHg < PaO2/FiO2≤300mmHg; ③ The onset time of ARDS is less than 48h.

排除标准：

①怀孕或正在哺乳的女性；②有PPV禁忌症，包括近期进行胸部颌面部/胸部手术、颅内高压、脊柱/骨盆不稳定、有大咯血者；③血流动力学不稳定；④严重气胸；⑤须立即进行气管插管呼吸机辅助呼吸者；⑥近期有呼吸道或肺部内有活动性出血；⑦深静脉血栓形成或肺栓塞伴治疗性抗凝<48小时者；⑧既往有COPD病史；⑨拒绝参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) Patients with contraindications to PPV, including recent thoracofacial/thoracic surgery, intracranial hypertension, spinal/pelvic instability, and massive hemoptysis; ③ Hemodynamic instability; ④ severe pneumothorax; (5) Immediate tracheal intubation ventilator assisted breathing; ⑥ Recent active bleeding in the respiratory tract or lungs; Deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism with therapeutic anticoagulation < 48 hours; History of COPD; ⑨ Refuse to participate in this researcher.
