Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of lung separation using bronchial blocker with electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy versus fiberoptic bronchoscopy

纳入标准：

择期行单肺通气下胸腔镜手术的患者 美国麻醉师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级 术中使用电磁导航支气管镜系统 患者年龄≥18岁且≤85岁 患者知情同意

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery requiring intraoperative single-lung ventilation OLV;ASA physical status of I to II; Intraoperative use of electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy; Aged 18-85 years; Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

肺不张、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等严重肺疾病 近期呼吸道感染者 严重心脑血管疾病 有任何影响堵塞器放置的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Serious pulmonary diseases: such as pulmonary atelectasis, COPD Recent respiratory infection Severe?cardiovascular?and?cerebrovascular?diseases Any?disease?affecting?the?placement?of?the?bronchial?blocker
