确定在不同年龄小儿的瑞马唑仑的有效剂量（ED95）  

Objectives of Study：

Determination of the ED95 of a single bolus dose of remimazolam tosilate for adequate sedation in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①择期行小儿外科手术的患者； ②接受全身麻醉； ③年龄1岁～12岁； ④ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；

Inclusion criteria

①Children who undergo elective surgical procedure; ② General anesthesia; ③ Aged 1-12 years ④ ASA physical status I-II;

排除标准：

①对瑞马唑仑过敏； ②合并呼吸系统、心脏、肝、肾疾病； ③合并神经系统疾病或者智力障碍； ④术前服用镇静或抗惊厥药物

Exclusion criteria：

① Allergy to remimazolam tosilate; ② History of respiratory, hepatic, renal, liver disease ③ History of nervous system disease or mental retardation; ④ History of sedative or anticonvulsant drugs before surgery
