Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus and postspinal hypotension after cesarean section

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18 - 40岁； 单胎； 孕37~42周； ASA分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-40 years old; A single child; 37-42 weeks of pregnancy; ASA Grade II or III

排除标准：

具有椎管内麻醉禁忌症； 高危妊娠，例如前置胎盘、胎盘早剥、子痫或先兆子痫、多胎妊娠和心血管合并症妊娠； 已知的胎儿发育异常； 麻醉阻滞平面大于T4、小于T6

Exclusion criteria：

It has contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia. High-risk pregnancies, such as placenta previa, placental abruption, eclampsia or preeclampsia, multiple pregnancies and cardiovascular complications; Known abnormalities of fetal development; The anesthesia block plane was larger than T4 and smaller than T6
