研究目的：

通过对人群体液中抗体水平的监测，获得年龄特异性感染发作率和年龄特异性人群免疫水平，并跟踪了个人水平和人群水平随时间推移的免疫力减弱程度，为卫生政策制定者制定未来的公共卫生和社会措施以及疫苗接种指南提供信息，以应对持续的新冠变异株。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is about to get the antibodies response levels in serum and nasal fluid against COVID-19 by cross-sectional study, to know the kinetics of antibodies responses in serum and respiratory tract.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为1岁及以上； 2. 自愿同意参加研究，并签署知情同意书（如果受试者不识字时尚需见证人签名，如果受试者无行为能力时则需代理人签名）。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age is 1 year old and above; 2. Voluntarily agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form (if the subject is illiterate, the signature of a witness is required, and if the subject is incapable, the signature of an agent is required).
