研究目的:

探讨通过混合现实导航技术辅助初级医师理解和掌握脊柱的解剖结构,为初级医师提供全系训练系统进行螺钉置入培训,提升教学效果。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the mixed reality navigation technology to assist primary physicians to understand and master the anatomical structure of the spine, to provide a whole-department training system for primary physicians to screw placement, improve the teaching effect.

纳入标准:

1. 已通过基础及临床阶段各项考核进入临床轮转或实习阶段; 2. 轮转骨科时间少于6个月; 3. 未接受椎弓根置钉专业技能操作培训; 4. 无指定的性别或年龄范围; 5. 同意参与本研究的全部条款,签署经伦理委员会批准的知情同意书,同意参加本研究项目。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have passed various assessments in the basic and clinical stages and entered the clinical rotation or internship stage; 2. Rotational orthopedics time is less than 6 months; 3. Have not received professional skills operation training for pedicle screw placement; 4. No gender or age range specified; 5. Agree to participate in all the terms of this research, sign the informed consent approved by the ethics committee, and agree to participate in this research project.

排除标准:

1. 轮转骨科时间大于6个月; 2. 未通过基础及临床阶段各项考核进入临床轮转或实习阶段; 3. 已接受过椎弓根跟置钉专业技能操作培训; 4. 未签署知情同意书的。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Rotary orthopedics time is more than 6 months; 2. Failure to pass the assessments of the basic and clinical stages to enter the clinical rotation or internship stage; 3. Have received professional skills operation training for pedicle heel screw placement; 4. Those who have not signed the informed consent form.

由项目组成员杨佳铭采用EXCEL生成随机数字表的方法将入组患者分为混合现实组和常规治疗组。

Yang Jiaming, a member of the project team, used EXCEL to generate a random number table to divide the enrolled patients into mixed reality group and conventional treatment group.

盲法:

患者:患者将被事先告知按照1:1的比例随机分配使用骨科导航或传统闭合复位固定术中的一种,但在完成所有研究随访之前,患者对实际应用并不知情。 手术医生:无法对植入医生进行设盲,因为外科医生会接触到产品标签和使用说明书。 独立影像学审查员(IRR):审查员知晓患者是按照1:1比例进行的手术,但是对具体哪位患者接受的何种方式并不知情,本研究对IRR设盲。

Blinding:

Patients: Patients will be informed in advance that they will be randomly assigned to either orthopedic navigation or conventional closed reduction fixation in a 1:1 ratio, but will not be informed of the actual application until all study follow-up is completed. Surgeon: The implant doctor cannot be blinded because the surgeon has access to the product label and instruction manual.
