研究目的：

确证舌神经刺激器用于治疗口干燥症的有效性和安全性及其改善全口义齿修复效果的临床评估。  

Objectives of Study：

To confirm the effectiveness and safety of the lingual nerve stimulator in the clinical evaluation of improving the effect of complete denture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18以上；
2）静态唾液流率小于等于0.15mL/min，但刺激性唾液流率至少为静态唾液流率2倍
（若静态唾液流率为0，则产生刺激性唾液即可纳入）；
3）全口义齿的Kapur指数小于6分；
4）已进行全口义齿修复1个月以上患者；
5）全口义齿制作良好，与粘膜贴合；
6) 佩戴全口义齿无疼痛、咬颊咬舌、恶心等其他不适症状者；
7）智力与精神状况正常，能正确对答，能够配合试验；
8) 受试者已知情，并自愿签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1）Age 18 or above;
2) The unstimulated salivary flow rate was no more than 0.15mL/min, but the stimulated salivary flow rate was at least 2 times that of unstimulated salivary flow rate(If unstimulated saliva flow rate is 0, stimulated saliva more than 0 can be included);
3) The Kapur index of complete denture is less than 6;
4) Patients who have undergone complete denture restoration for more than 1 month;
5) Complete dentures are well made and fit with mucous membrane;
6）Patients who wear the complete denture have no pain, cheek biting, tongue biting, nausea and other discomfort symptoms;
7) Normal intelligence and mental condition, able to answer correctly, able to cooperate with the test;
8) Patients have been informed and has voluntarily signed written informed consent.

排除标准：

1）HIV或活动期HBV或HCV感染者；
2）严重的心、肺、肝、肾、血液等全身系统性疾病；
3）因头颈部肿瘤接受放化疗的患者，有移植病史者；
4）使用抗凝剂；
5）对舌神经刺激器材料过敏；
6）有智力、精神或心理障碍；
7）佩戴起搏器、除颤器、助听器；
8）癫痫症及非自主肌肉运动障碍（比如帕金森综合症或霍丁顿舞蹈症）；
9）妊娠；
10）慢性或复发性、糜烂性或溃疡性或癌前或恶性口腔病变的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1）HIV or active HBV or HCV infection;
2）Serious cardiopulmonary, liver, kidney, blood and other systemic diseases;
3）Patients receiving chemoradiotherapy for head and neck tumors with a history of transplantation;
4）Participants using anticoagulants;
5）Allergic to lingual nerve stimulation devices;
6）Having an intellectual or psychological disorder;
7）Wear a pacemaker, a defibrillator, a hearing aid;
8）Epilepsy and involuntary muscle movement disorders (such as Parkinson's or Hoddington's disease);
9）Pregnancy
10）Patients with chronic or recurrent erosive or ulcerative or precancerous or malignant oral lesions;

根据随机化数表事先选取随机数，由舌神经刺激器制作人员（不参与筛选及数据收集）保存。随访调查者获取筛选号，将筛选号反馈给舌神经刺激器制作人员，制作人员根据患者获取随机数确定组别制作舌神经刺激器，并将舌神经刺激器及筛选号返回给随访调查者，随访调查者分发刺激器进行随访及数据收集。
