研究目的：

建立前瞻性“母体内分泌代谢专病出生队列”，并前瞻性长期随访，建立临床数据库和生物标本库，建立母体内分泌代谢疾病对子代代谢健康的早期临床风险预警体系。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a prospective maternal endocrine system and metabolic disease birth cohort with prospective long-term follow-up clinical database and bio-bank, and a early predictive system of offspring metabolic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①妊娠期女性； ②自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Pregnant women ② Voluntary signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

①双胎或多胎妊娠； ②有严重妊娠并发症； ③孕前合并重要心、肝、肾、血液系统、自身免疫性疾病； ④合并其他可能对肠道菌群或代谢组学有影响疾病，包括炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、乳糜泻等； ⑤进行过胃肠道、胆系手术，包括减肥手术、胆囊切除术等； ⑥有吸烟、酗酒、麻毒药品使用史； ⑦对于留取大便标本的产妇: 在收集标本2月内使用抗生素治疗:收集标本1周内使用益生菌治疗:服用可能影响肠道菌群的口服药物。

Exclusion criteria：

① Twin or multiple pregnancy; ② Severe pregnancy complications; ③ Complicated with important heart, liver, kidney, blood system and autoimmune diseases before pregnancy; ④ Associated with other diseases that may affect intestinal flora or metabolomics, including inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, etc.; ⑤ Gastrointestinal and biliary surgeries, including bariatric surgery and cholecystectomy; ⑥ History of smoking, alcoholism, narcotic drug use; ⑦ For women who keep stool samples; antibiotics within 2 months of specimen collection; probiotics within 1 week of specimen collection;take oral drugs that may affect intestinal flora.
