Objectives of Study：

Master the minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation under the microscope

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

腰椎间盘突出症的患者，以中央型突出、侧方型突出或脱出、游离为主。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with lumbar disc herniation, including central disc herniation, lateral disc herniation, disc prolapse or disc sequestration.

排除标准：

椎间孔型或极外侧型突出、重度腰椎管狭窄症、合并不稳定的腰椎椎间盘突出症、退变性腰椎侧凸、腰椎滑脱症、椎间盘源性腰痛等，排除麻醉、手术禁忌症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Patients with foraminal lumbar disc herniation and extra-lateral lumbar disc herniation, serious lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation with unstable lumbar vertebra, degenerative lumbar scoliosis, lumbar slippage, disc-generic low back pain , contraindication for anesthesia and surgical operation.
