研究目的：

目标是确定膈神经磁刺激对卒中后患者肺功能的预后的影响，如可能并深入研究从 rPMS 刺激后中枢相应脑区的纵向激活变化和不同脑区的连 接变化探究 rPMS 作用下中枢变化的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The goal is to determine the prognosis of phrenic nerve magnetic stimulation on lung function in patients after stroke Effects, and in-depth study of changes in longitudinal activation of corresponding central brain regions and connections of different brain regions after stimulation from rPMS Subsequent changes explored the mechanism of central changes under the action of rPMS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 首次发病，经影像学检查(头颅MRJ或CT)确诊为脑出血或脑梗塞； ② 符合2015年中国脑血管疾病分类中脑卒中的诊断准则； ③ 发病时间15天—6个月，病情稳定， ④ 能理解并执行医师指令，蒙特利尔认知评估量表≥21分； ⑤ 年龄18—70岁，男女不限； ⑥ 患者或其家属理解并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

① For the first time, imaging examination (head MRJ or CT) confirmed cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases in 2015; ③ The onset time was 15 days to 6 months, and the condition was stable. ④Can understand and follow the doctor's instructions, Montreal Cognitive assessment scale ≥21 points; ⑤Age 18-70 years old, male and female; ⑥ The patient or his family members understand and sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

① 伴有影响呼吸肌测试的其它肌肉、骨骼问题，如肌肉拉伤、肋骨骨折等; ② 意识水平受损或出现认知障碍; ③ 曾服用影响代谢或影响呼吸肌肌力的药物； ④ 颈、胸部有任何金属异物、患者植入性心脏起搏器； ⑤ 有癫痫发作史； ⑥ 严重心肝肾器官疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

①Other muscle and bone problems that affect the respiratory muscle test, such as muscle strain, rib fracture, etc. ② Impaired consciousness or cognitive impairment; ③ Have taken drugs that affect metabolism or respiratory muscle strength; ④ There is any metal foreign body in the neck or chest, or the patient has an implantable pacemaker; ⑤ Have a history of seizures; ⑥ Serious diseases of heart, liver and kidney organs;
