研究目的：

在新冠疫苗接种和奥密克戎变异株出现的背景下，调查新冠感染者感染后的不同时期接受外科手术的术后恢复质量和手术时机之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between postoperative recovery quality in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection and different surgical timing in the context of coronavirus vaccination and the emergence of Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄大于18岁、②ASA分级I～Ⅲ级、③术前8周确诊为SARS-CoV-2感染的无症状或轻症感染者，确诊：鼻拭子或咽拭子核算抗原检测，定义参照《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第八版）》，如果SARS-CoV-2感染者进行了多次手术，则以最接近确诊SARS-CoV-2感染时间的手术为观察对象。④能自愿配合此次研究；

Inclusion criteria

①age≧18 years old,②ASA grades I~Ⅲ,③For asymptomatic or mild patients diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection 8 weeks before surgery, diagnosis: nasal swab or throat swab accounting antigen detection, as defined according to COVID-19 Prevention and Control Plan (eighth 8). If SARS-CoV-2 patients have multiple operations, the surgery closest to the time of diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection was taken as the observation object,④can voluntarily cooperate with this study.

排除标准：

①有精神疾病者、②严重心肺肝肾功能不全者③听力或交流严重障碍者、④已参与其他研究；

Exclusion criteria：

①People with mental illness,②Severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction,③ Hearing or communication impairment,④have participated in other researchers
