研究目的：

通过随机对照试验，评价针刺改善多囊卵巢综合征患者排卵障碍的有疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in improving ovulation disorder in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome through randomized controlled trial

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合PCOS诊断标准； ②年龄18-40岁； ③月经稀发（月经周期＞35天或最近12个月中月经少于 8 次）或闭经(停经时间超过90天）； ④患者自愿参加临床试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Conforming to PCOS diagnostic standards; ② Age 18-40 years old; ③ Infrequent menstruation (Menstrual cycle>35 days or less than 8 menstruations in the last 12 months) or amenorrhea (menopause time exceeds 90 days); ④ The patient voluntarily participates in clinical trials and signs an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①库欣综合征、非经典型先天性肾上腺皮质增生、卵巢或肾上腺分泌雄激素的肿瘤、功能性下丘脑性闭经、甲状腺疾病、高泌乳素血症、早发性卵巢功能不全等可能引起高雄激素和排卵异常的疾病。 ②合并严重心、肺等器质性病变或全身系统疾病者； ③合并精神疾病或认知障碍者； ④近1个月内接受相关针刺治疗者； ⑤在过去6个月中未行经者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Cushing's syndrome, non classical congenital Adrenal cortex hyperplasia, ovarian or adrenal androgen secreting tumors, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, Thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia, premature ovarian insufficiency and other diseases may cause hyperandrogenism and abnormal ovulation. ② Those with severe organic diseases such as heart and lungs or systemic diseases; ③ Individuals with concomitant mental illness or cognitive impairment; ④ Those who have received relevant acupuncture treatment within the past month; ⑤ Those who have not undergone menstruation in the past 6 months.

分层区组随机，以BMI（24.0）为分层因素，采用中央随机系统按1:1的比例将合格受试者随机分为试验组和对照组。采用SAS 9.3统计分析软件的“Proc plan”程序产生研究所需的随机方案。

Stratified block randomization, with BMI (24.0) as the stratified factor, qualified subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group in a 1:1 ratio using a central randomization system. Use the "Proc plan" program of SAS 9.3 statistical analysis software to generate the random plan required for the study.
