研究目的：

目的是计算去甲肾上腺素的50%和95%有效剂量(ED50和ED95)作为静脉泵注，用于治疗和预防妊娠期高血压剖宫产患者的脊髓麻醉诱导的低血压。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim was to calculate the 50% and 95% effective doses (ED50 and ED95) of norepinephrine as an intravenous pump for the treatment and prevention of spinal anaesthesia-induced hypotension in hypertensive caesarean section patients during pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄18-45岁，胎龄超过32周，计划在脊髓麻醉下进行剖宫产，ASA分级为2 -3级，并患有妊娠期高血压的单胎产妇。

Inclusion criteria

Single pregnant women aged 18-45 years, gestational age over 32 weeks, scheduled for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, ASA rating 2-3, and gestational hypertension.

排除标准：

BMI＞35 kg/m2，身高＞170 cm或＜150 cm，既存或妊娠期糖尿病，胎儿窘迫或宫内生长受限，多胎妊娠，任何脊髓或硬膜外麻醉禁忌症，包括出血性疾病，局部感染或颅内高压。

Exclusion criteria：

BMI > 35 kg/m2, height > 170 cm or < 150 cm, pre-existing or gestational diabetes, fetal distress or intrauterine growth restriction, multiple pregnancies, any contraindications to spinal cord or epidural anesthesia, including bleeding disorders, local infections, or intracranial hypertension.
