Objectives of Study: |
Focused ultrasound ablation surgery (FUAS) is gaining popularity in symptomatic UF patients for its safety and effectiveness. This non-invasive treatment requires no overnight hospital stay and has a faster improvement of symptoms and fewer complications. Many studies have shown that FUAS is safe and effective in the treatment of benign uterine diseases. In previous studies, ultrasonography (US) and MRI were used to evaluate myomas after FUAS treatment. Shear wave elastography (SWE) is a new, non-invasive imaging tool that measures the propagation velocity of shear waves inside the tissue to quantify its stiffness. shear wave velocity (SWV) is used to calculate the tissue stiffness in accordance with elasticity indices; the harder the tissue, the faster the wave’s propagation velocity. SWE can theoretically detect depths up to 8 cm without operator pressure and has quantitative properties, making it more appropriate for gynecology and obstetrics applications. However, related research on SWE in the diagnosis of gynecologic and obstetrics diseases has been limited. To the best of our knowledge, there are no reports comparing the pre-operative and post-operative change of myometrial stiffness between FUAS and ME treatment in patients with symptomatic UF. SWE It’s a promising tool to evaluate the stiffness of myometrium, Therefore, we aimed to measure myometrial stiffness by quantitative SWE before and after both FUAS and ME treatment and to analyze the application of ultrasonic multi-mode combined with two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI), contrast ultrasound (CEUS), and shear wave elastic imaging (SWE) in HIFU ablation of uterine fibroids, providing a more convenient, economical, objective and effective examination method for the evaluation of efficacy before ablation and postoperative outcome. In order to explore a more suitable method for clinical evaluation of patients with uterine fibroids by ultrasonic multimodal examination. |

1、经妇科、超声及MRI检查确诊为子宫肌瘤的育龄期妇女 2、有临床症状或是有心理负担要求治疗的患者 3、2cm≤肌瘤最大径≤6cm 4、既往未行相关手术或内分泌药物等治疗 |

1. Women of childbearing age diagnosed with uterine fibroids by gynecology, ultrasound and MRI 2. Patients with clinical symptoms or psychological burdens requiring treatment 3. 2cm<= myoma maximum diameter <=6cm 4. No previous operations or endocrine drugs have been performed |

排除标准: |
1、子宫肌瘤位置过深(靶皮距>8cm) 2、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女 3、合并有盆腔炎症的患者 4、怀疑有子宫或附件非良性病变的患者 5、有MRI检查禁忌症的患者 |

1. The location of uterine fibroids is too deep (target distance > 8cm). 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Patients with pelvic inflammation 4. Patients with suspected uterine or adnexal non-benign lesions 5. Patients with contraindications for MRI examination |
