评价β受体阻滞剂艾司洛尔注射液，在自发性脑出血患者中的降压效果及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the antihypertensive effect and safety of β-blocker Esmolol injection in patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 根据《中国脑出血诊治指南2019》诊断为自发性脑出血者（即（1）急性起病；（2）局灶神经功能 缺损症状（少数为全面神经功能缺损），常伴有头 痛、呕吐、血压升高及不同程度意识障碍；（3）头颅 CT 或 MRI 显示出血灶；（4）排除非血管性脑部病因。满足以上4条，即可诊断为自发性脑出血）； 2. 年龄≥18岁者，性别不限； 3. 到院时血压≥140/90mmHg者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage according to the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019 (i.e. (1) acute onset; (2) Symptoms of functional impairment of the Vesta channel (a few are comprehensive neurological impairment), often accompanied by headache, vomiting, elevated blood pressure and varying degrees of consciousness disorders; (3) Head CT or MRI showing bleeding focus; (4) Non-vascular cerebral causes were excluded. Satisfy the above 4, can be diagnosed as spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage); 2. Age ≥18 years old, gender unlimited; 3. Patients with blood pressure ≥140/90mmHg upon arrival at hospital.

排除标准：

1. 血管性疾病、肿瘤卒中等引发的继发性脑出血者； 2. 心率低于60bpm者； 3. 有支气管哮喘或哮喘病史、严重COPD者； 4. 存在窦缓、二至三度房室传导阻滞者； 5. 心功能不全或心源性休克者； 6. 研究者认为因其他原因不能纳入研究者； 7. 本人拒绝参加研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary cerebral hemorrhage caused by vascular disease, tumor stroke, etc.; 2. Heart rate below 60bpm; 3. Patients with bronchial asthma or history of asthma and severe COPD; 4. Patients with sluggish antrum and second to third degree atrioventricular block; 5. Cardiac insufficiency or cardiogenic shock; 6. Researchers believe that they cannot be included in the study for other reasons; 7. I refuse to participate in the study.

试验观察组：艾司洛尔（ 推荐用法用量：负荷剂量0.5mg/kg，随后以0.05mg/kg/min静脉输注，并对血压进行监测，每10分钟进行一次观察和剂量调整，直到达到目标血压。最大维持剂量不超过0.3mg/kg/min。并且监测心率不低于60bpm。）

Experimental observation group: Esmolol (Recommended dose: Load dose of 0.5mg/kg, followed by intravenous infusion at 0.05mg/kg/min, blood pressure monitoring, observation and Recommended usage and dosage: Load dose of 0.5mg/kg, followed by intravenous infusion of 0.05mg/kg/min, blood pressure monitoring, observation and dose adjustment every 10 minutes until the target blood pressure is reached. The maximum maintenance dose should not exceed 0.3mg/kg/min. And monitor the heart rate not less than 60bpm.)
