研究目的：

探讨哪种干预方式能够更加有效并具有长期效应地改善运动员腰肌劳损。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore which kind of intervention is more effective and has long-term effect to improve the athletes' psoas strain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述诊断标准。 （2）年龄在18～30岁运动员，且每周至少参加两次有组织的训练或比赛； 2分

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria. (2) Athletes between the ages of 18 and 30 who participate in organized training or competition at least twice a week; 2 points

排除标准：

(1)有重度骨质疏松、骨折、肿瘤、结核等相关疾病者。 (2)既往有严重心、肺等重要脏器功能障碍或恶性肿瘤者。 (3)孕妇及有精神疾患等不能配合研究者。 (4)发热、感染和全身性严重疾病。 (5)排除因疼痛等因素无法完成训练的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe osteoporosis, fracture, tumor, tuberculosis and other related diseases. (2) Patients with serious heart, lung and other important organ dysfunction or malignant tumors. (3) Pregnant women and mental disorders can not cooperate with researchers. (4) Fever, infection and severe systemic illness. (5) Exclude patients who are unable to complete training due to pain and other factors.
