研究目的：

优化不同房颤类型的消融策略和流程，创造连续、透壁的外科化消融损伤，最大限度地减少房颤复发。  

Objectives of Study：

To optimize the ablation strategy and procedure for different types of atrial fibrillation(AF), to create continuous, transmural surgical ablation lesions, and to minimize AF recurrence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁； 2.首次行导管射频消融术； 3.存在可明确诊断为心房颤动的心电图，即表现为：P波消失，代之以f波，频率350-600次/分，QRS波节律绝对不规则，表现为RR间期不匀齐，QRS波形态多正常； 4.存在心慌、胸闷等症状或应用抗心律失常药物治疗无效； 5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Radiofrequency catheter ablation was performed for the first time; 3.There are ECG which can be definitely diagnosed as atrial fibrillation, that is: P wave disappeared, replaced by F wave, frequency 350-600 times / min, QRS wave rhythm is absolutely irregular, RR interval is uneven, QRS wave shape is normal; 4.There were palpitation, chest tightness and other symptoms, or the application of antiarrhythmic drugs (AAD) was ineffective; 5.Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.左房内有血栓形成的患者； 2.左心室射血分数<35%; 3.甲状腺功能异常； 4.既往接受AF射频消融术、CABG史； 5.严重心脏瓣膜病或人工瓣术后； 6.左心房直径大于65mm或容积超过200mL； 7.存在手术禁忌症或不适合手术的其他条件； 8.受试者正在参与其他可能影响本研究的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with thrombosis in left atrium; 2.Left ventricular ejection fraction was less than 35%; 3.thyroid function was abnormal; 4.Previous history of AF radiofrequency ablation and CABG; 5.Severe valvular heart disease or after prosthetic valve surgery; 6. The diameter of left atrium was more than 65 mm or the volume was more than 200 ml; 7.The existence of surgical contraindications or other conditions not suitable for surgery; 8.The subjects are participating in other clinical trials that may affect this study.
