研究目的：

对比改良旁正中技术与旁正中技术在下肢骨科手术蛛网膜下腔麻醉中的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the advantages of modified paramedian technique and paramedian technique in subarachnoid anesthesia for lower limb orthopedic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者或家属签署知情同意书。 2.择期下肢骨科手术，拟在蛛网膜下腔麻醉实施手术。 3. 18≤年龄≤90岁。 4．性别不限。 5. 美国麻醉医师协会分级ASA I~III级。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient or family member signs the informed consent form. 2. Elective lower limb orthopedic surgery is planned to be performed under subarachnoid anesthesia. 3. 18≤age≤90 years old. 4. No gender restrictions. 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists classifies ASA I~III.

排除标准：

1. 蛛网膜下腔麻醉禁忌症。 2. 严重心肺疾患。 3．腰椎手术史。 4. 脊柱侧弯。 5. 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。 6. 麻醉区域皮肤有影响情况的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications of subarachnoid anesthesia. 2. Severe cardiopulmonary disease. 3. History of lumbar surgery. 4. Scoliosis. 5. Pregnant and lactating women. 6. Patients with affected skin in the anesthetized area.
