研究目的：

1.通过血清抗体免疫反应（IgG/IgM），筛查儿科医务人员新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）的急性感染和既往感染状况。 2.通过比较儿科不同专科及岗位的医务人员抗体阳性率的差异，探讨儿科医务人员感染的可能危险因素和流行病学特征，为有效防控提供针对性建议。 3.通过比较疫情不同时期医务人员的不同等级防护的暴露程度，探讨其与感染状况的相关性。 4.研究抗体检查呈阳性的医务人员家属的感染状况，以明确医务人员的感染途径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To screen the acute infection and past infection cases of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in pediatric medical staff by testing on the serum antibody immune response (IgG / IgM). 2. To analyze the possible risk factors and epidemiological characteristics of pediatric medical staff by comparing the positive rates of antibody tests among medical staff in different pediatric specialties and positions, and provide targeted recommendations for effective prevention and control of COVID-19. 3. To explore the correlation between the levels of exposure and the infection status by comparing the exposure level and the protection level of medical staff in different periods of the epidemic 4. To clarify the route of infection of the medical staff by investigate the infection status of the family members of pediatric medical staff with positive antibody test.

纳入标准：

本研究拟选取2020年1月-2020年3月同济医院儿科发热门诊/缓冲门诊、儿童急诊、重症儿童及新生儿发热病房、新生儿病房、儿童重症医学病房、儿童感染消化专科、儿童肾病心血管专科、儿童血液专科、儿童遗传内分泌呼吸专科及儿童保健专科的临床工作时长超过的半个月的医生、护士和护理员作为研究对象。

Inclusion criteria

This study intends to recruit all doctors, nurses, and care workers who have been in clinical work for more than half a month from January to March 2020 in pediatric fever clinic, pediatric buffer clinic, pediatric emergency department, PICU, NICU, neonatal specialty, pediatric infectious and digestive disorders specialty, pediatric kidney and vascular disease specialty, pediatric hematology specialty, children's genetic endocrinology and respiratory specialty, and children's health care specialty.

排除标准：

1.排除因疾病等请假未在临床工作人员；
2.排除近期于临床工作时间少于半月的医务人员。
3.若医务人员及家属不同意填写知情同意书或不同意采集信息者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclude medical staff who are not in clinical work due to sick leave;
2.Exclude medical staff who worked in the clinical setting for less than half a month recently.
3.Exclude if the medical staff and family members do not agree to complete the informed consent form or do not agree to provide relevant information.
