观察电针“痛敏穴”联合热敏灸对膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture "Tongmin point" combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经过临床检查，结合影像学检测，同时符合膝骨性关节炎诊断的患者；（2）纳入本次研究之前，近 2个月没有接受针刺或艾灸治疗；（3）完全接受本次研究方法，并愿意配合者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) After clinical examination, combined with imaging tests, and also meeting the the diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee; (2) patients who had not received acupuncture or moxibustion treatment in the last 2 months prior to inclusion in this study; and (3) patients who fully accepted this study method and who were willing to cooperate.

排除标准：

（1）合并糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、严重肝肾功能损害、恶性肿瘤等疾病者；（2）娠期及哺乳期妇女；（3）患者因各种原因自动放弃或无法配合治疗、观察者；（4）患者服用研究规定范围之外的药物，影响疗效评估。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those with combined diabetes, cardio-cerebral vascular disease, severe liver and kidney function impairment, malignant tumors and other diseases;(2) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; (3) Patients who, for various reasons, voluntarily abandon or are unable to cooperate with the treatment or observation; (4) Patients taking drugs outside the scope of the study, which affects the evaluation of the efficacy.
