研究目的：

本研究目的是评估在法洛四联症儿童群体中，使用肝脏压迫试验引起的血流动力学动态指标的变化能否预测液体反应性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether changes in hemodynamic dynamic parameters induced by liver compression test could predict fluid responsiveness in pediatric with Tetralogy of Fallot.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄1~5岁。 (2) 计划接受法洛四联症手术的小儿患者 (3) 有创动脉血压。 (4) 得到父母或者监护人的允许（签署知情同意书）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 1-5 years old. (2) Children who plan to undergo surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot (3) Invasive arterial blood pressure. (4) Obtain permission from parents or guardians (sign informed consent form)

排除标准：

(1) 术前心律失常。 (2) 明显的肝、肾或肺疾病。 (3) 血流动力学不稳定。 (4) 父母或者患儿法定监护人拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative arrhythmia. (2) Obvious liver, kidney, or lung disease. (3) Hemodynamic instability. (4) The parents or the child's Legal guardian refused.
