研究目的：

本研究收集COVID-19疫情下医护人员，非医护人员和患者的心理心理健康状况，被试者分别给予正念，认知行为和运动治疗干预，观察被试者的血液学指标、自主神经功能及脑功能影像学改变，探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发所致情绪异常有效干预措施疾和可能发生机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we collected the mental health status of medical staff, non-medical staff and patients under the Novel Corona-virus Pneumonia (COVID-19)epidemic.Subjects were given intervention by mindfulness, cognitive behavior and exercise therapy respectively. Those subjects biochemical parameter, autonomic nerve function and brain function will be observed after the intervention. We expect to explore the effective intervention measures and possible mechanism of the mood disorders under the COVID-19 epidemic.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.试验组（干预组）入组标准
(1) 年龄在18岁至50岁之间；
(2) 入组前符合美国精神障碍诊断不统计手册第 5 版（DSM-Ⅴ）关于抑郁症和焦虑障碍的诊断标准；HAMD-17 评分及 HAMA 评分均大于 7 分；

2.对照组（非干预组）入组标准
(1) 年龄在18岁至50岁之间；
(2) 入组前符合美国精神障碍诊断不统计手册第 5 版（DSM-Ⅴ）关于抑郁症和焦虑障碍的诊断标准；HAMD-17 评分及 HAMA 评分均大于 7 分；

Inclusion criteria

1. Intervention group:
(1) Aged >=18 and <=50 years
(2) Diagnosed as a depression or anxiety by Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); the score of HAMD-17>17,or HAMA>7
2. Non-intervention group:
(1) Aged >=18 and <=50 years
(2) Diagnosed as a depression or anxiety by Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); the score of HAMD-17>17,or HAMA>7

排除标准：

(1)其他精神障碍；
(2)神经系统、心血管、呼吸系统等不适合入组的躯体疾病；
(3)正在服用抗抑郁药抗、精神病药、类固醇激素、影响心率戒血压的药物；
(4)哺乳期或怀孕者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other psychiatric comorbidity
(2) complicating with sever medical disorder on nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory system
(3) taking antidepressants, psychoactive drugs, steroids, drugs that affect heart rate and blood pressure
(4) be in the Lactation or pregnancy
