研究目的：

（1）分析该自然人群队列 MS 流行病学特征； （2）了解自然人群队列 MS 的多维危险因素及预测因子； （3）建立 MS 发病风险预测模型并对模型进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Analyze the epidemiological characteristics of MS in the natural population cohort; (2) understand the multidimensional risk factors and predictors of MS in the natural population cohort; (3) establish the MS incidence risk prediction model and verify the model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）“四川大学华西医院自然人群健康队列项目”中未罹患 MS 的受检人群；2）年龄≥40岁；3）能独立行走，能参加握力和人体成分的测量；4）签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) subjects without MS in the Natural Population Health Cohort Project of West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2) Age was older than or equal to 40 years old; 3) able to walk independently and participate in the measurement of handgrip strength and human composition; 4) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1）重症疾病及终末疾病者：2）急性疾病或慢性病急性发作者；3）由于严重的认知障碍、精神紊乱、视力和听力障碍导致无法正常交流者；4）不能独自站立或者体内有起搏器、心脏支架等不能进行人体成分测试；5）依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) severe and terminal diseases: 2) acute author of acute or chronic diseases; 3) unable to communicate normally due to serious cognitive impairment, mental disorders, visual impairment and hearing impairment; 4) unable to stand alone or have pacemakers, heart stents and other human composition tests; 5) poor compliance.
