研究目的：

（1）明确北京地区晚期恶性肿瘤患者接受三线及以上抗肿瘤治疗CRA的发生率； （2）CRA的贫血程度及平均血红蛋白水平； （3）分析抗贫血治疗现状； （4）明确CRA患者的中医证素分布情况。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Clarify the incidence of CRA in advanced malignant tumor patients receiving third line or above anti-tumor treatment in Beijing area; (2) The degree of anemia and average hemoglobin (HGB) level in CRA; (3) Analyze the current status of anti anemia treatment; (4) Clarify the distribution of TCM syndrome elements in CRA patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经细胞学/组织病理学诊断为肺癌、乳腺癌、淋巴瘤、食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌的患者； （2）≥18周岁，性别不限； （3）符合中国临床肿瘤学会发布的《中国临床肿瘤学会（CSCO）肿瘤相关性贫血临床实践指南（2022版）》CRA西医诊断标准：成年男性HGB＜120g/L；非妊娠成年女性HGB＜110g/L； （4）接受三线治疗及以上抗肿瘤治疗且具有外周血血常规结果的肿瘤患者； （5）一般情况和临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed by cytology/histopathology as lung cancer, breast cancer, lymphoma, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer; (2) ≥18 years old, gender is not limited; (3) In line with the CRA Western medicine diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) Clinical Practice Guidelines for Tumor-related Anemia (2022 edition) issued by the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology: adult male HGB < 120g/L; Non-pregnant adult female HGB < 110g/L; (4) Tumor patients who have received third-line treatment or above anti-tumor treatment and have peripheral blood routine results; (5) The general situation and clinical data are complete.

排除标准：

（1）患有两种及以上原发恶性肿瘤； （2）骨髓转移或合并血液系统类疾病导致的贫血。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suffering from two or more primary malignant tumors; (2) Anemia caused by bone marrow metastasis or combined with hematological diseases.
