纳入标准：

1.自愿参加本实验并签署知情同意书 2.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）体格情况分级I-III级 3.选取2022年1月至2023年12月温州医科大学附属第二医院择期行肩袖损伤肩关节镜下肩袖修补术，性别不限

Inclusion criteria

1.Volunteer to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent form
2.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grades I-III
3.From January 2022 to December 2023, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University was selected to perform rotator cuff repair under arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury, regardless of gender

排除标准：

1.年龄<18周岁或>80周岁
2.肥胖（BMI>40）
3.有心脏功能异常
4.有严重肝、肾功能异常或糖尿病
5.有精神疾患不能配合、服用精神类药物及口头交流困难
6.长期服用镇痛类药物者或近期正在服用非甾体抗炎药物
7.有药物过敏史或金属过敏史
8.凝血功能异常

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 18 years old or > 80 years old
2.Obesity (BMI > 40)
3.Abnormal cardiac function
4.Severe liver or kidney dysfunction or diabetes mellitus
5.There are mental disorders, inability to cooperate, taking psychotropic drugs and difficulty in oral communication
6.Long term use of analgesic drugs or recent use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
7.Have a history of drug allergy or metal allergy
8.Abnormal coagulation function

使用简单随机化，应用Excel软件获得随机数字，编制随机数字卡片，使用不透光信封密封（信封上编上号码），将合格受试者按照纳入顺序选择对应编号的信封，并按照信封内的卡片上的随机数字进行分组。

Use simple randomization, use Excel software to obtain random numbers, prepare random number cards, use opaque envelopes to seal (number on the envelopes), select envelopes with corresponding numbers according to the inclusion order of qualified subjects, and group them according to the random numbers on the cards.

盲法：

研究过程中固定一位与研究无关的麻醉工作者按照随机编码表将相应组别的药物配入镇痛泵中，并用标签纸将随机编码标注于镇痛泵上。在药物编盲的同时，由产生盲底的统计人员为每个随机编码准备一份应急信件。此信件密封有该编码的真实组别，应急信封由相关研究负责人保存。 本研究生成的全部处理编码（包含随机数产生参数和种子数）以书面文件的形式密封，交由临床研究负责单位和主要研究者保存，该盲底应妥善保存至第二次揭盲。

Blinding：

During the study, an anesthesia worker who was not relevant to the study was fixed to dispense the corresponding group of drugs into the analgesia pump according to the random coding table, and the random code was marked on the analgesia pump with label paper. While the drug is blinded, a response letter is prepared for each random code by the statistician who produces the blind bottom. The letter is sealed with the real group of the code, and the emergency envelope is kept by the relevant study leader. All processing codes (including random number generation parameters and seed numbers) generated by this study are sealed in the form of written documents and handed over to the clinical research unit and the principal investigator for preservation, and the blind bottom should be properly preserved until the second unblinding.
