研究目的：

团队通过分析拟比较胃肠癌周围阳性淋巴结和阴性淋巴结的微生物组学、代谢组学及免疫组学等多组学的差异性，探究淋巴结内微生物是否与胃肠癌淋巴结转移相关，并初步探讨可能的机制，为后续胃肠癌的预防和治疗提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The team explored whether the microbiome in lymph nodes is related to lymph node metastasis of gastrointestinal cancer by analyzing the differences in multi-omics such as microbiome, metabolomics, and immunomics between positive and negative lymph nodes around gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, and preliminarily discussed possible mechanisms, providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经病理诊断确定为胃癌或结直肠癌； ②无恶性肿瘤家族史，手术切除前无放疗、化疗； ③在收集样本前3个月内未使用抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药、他汀类药物或益生菌； ④接受肿瘤根治术治疗，且病理组织样品和患者临床资料保存良好; ⑤患者一般情况良好，年龄40-70岁，未合并有严重的心、肺、肾、肝功能障碍及代谢性疾病；

Inclusion criteria

① Gastric or colorectal cancer confirmed by pathological diagnosis; ② no family history of malignant tumor, no radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgical resection; ③ no use of antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, statins or probiotics within 3 months before sample collection; ④ patients received radical resection of tumors, and the pathological tissue samples and clinical data of patients were well preserved; ⑤ The patients were in good general condition, aged 40 to 70 years old, without serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases;

排除标准：

①患者合并有严重的心、肺、肾、肝功能障碍及代谢性疾病； ②患者同时患有两种及两种以上的恶性肿瘤； ③近三个月内参加过其他药物临床研究者； ④研究者认为不适宜参加临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient had serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases; ② patients with two or more kinds of malignant tumors; ③ Participated in other drug clinical investigators in the past three months; ④ the investigator considers that it is not suitable to participate in the clinical trial;
