研究目的：

本研究通过随机对照试验，明确相较传统治疗方式，浓缩生长因子可加速囊肿术后新骨形成并降低术后感染率。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the new bone formation rate and postoperative infectious rate between CGF and traditional therapy in odontogenic cyst treatment through clincal RCT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 临床诊断为颌骨囊肿患者；
2. 全身健康状况良好（ASA I级或II级）；
3. 经过牙周基础治疗；
4. 自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. clinically diagnosed as odontogenic cyst of jaw
2. in generally good condition (ASA I class or II class)
3. after periodontal fundamental treatment
4. volunteer to participate and signed the consent form

排除标准：

1. 怀孕期或哺乳期女性；
2. 有头颈-颌面部放疗史；
3. 长期服用皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂；
4. 患牙存在急性感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. pregnant or lactating women
2. history of irradiation of head-neck region
3. long course of taking corticosteroids and immunosuppressor
4. acute infection of tooth

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或者记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
