研究目的：

(1)评价肺癌手术患者症状评估和体力活动生态瞬时评估平台可行性和可接受性 (2)分析肺癌患者围手术期相关症状（疼痛、疲乏、瞌睡、苦恼、咳嗽、呼吸困难）、体力活动状况(步数、步行距离热量消耗)的自然状态下变化规律（时序性） (3)探究体力活动指标是否能作为围手术期肺癌患者症状负担的客观表象（同步性） (4)明确围手术期间肺癌患者症状负担对体力活动水平的影响（相关性）  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluation of the feasibility and acceptability of a platform for symptom assessment and ecological transient assessment of physical activity in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery 2. Analysis of the changing pattern of symptoms (pain, fatigue, drowsiness, distress, cough, dyspnea) and physical activity status (number of steps, walking distance calorie consumption) related to the perioperative period of lung cancer patients in their natural state. 3. Exploring whether physical activity indicators can be used as an objective phenotype of symptom burden in perioperative lung cancer patients 4.Clarifying the impact of symptom burden on physical activity levels in lung cancer patients during the perioperative period

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18； 2.病理诊断为肺癌，且符合第8版国际肺癌TNM分期标准； 3.首次接受胸腔镜下肺部手术； 4.患者本人或其主要照顾者持有智能移动设备，且能正常使用微信APP； 5.知情同意，理解沟通能力良好； 6.愿意佩戴可穿戴设备。

Inclusion criteria

1. age ≥ 18; 2. pathological diagnosis of lung cancer and meeting the 8th edition of the international TNM staging criteria for lung cancer; 3. undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery for the first time; 4. the patient himself/herself or his/her primary caregiver has a smart mobile device and can use WeChat APP normally; 5. informed consent, good understanding and communication skills; 6. willing to wear wearable devices.

排除标准：

1.认知或精神障碍； 2.对穿戴材料过敏； 3.患有心、脑、肾等器官功能障碍或活动障碍； 4.伴随其它恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Cognitive or mental impairment; 2 Allergy to wearing materials; 3 Suffering from heart, brain, kidney and other organ dysfunction or activity disorder; 4 Concomitant other malignant tumors
