探讨全麻联合腹横肌平面阻滞对老年胃肠肿瘤手术患者术后睡眠障碍的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of general anesthesia combined with transversal plane block on postoperative sleep disorders in elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究拟针对老年胃肠肿瘤手术患者，评价全麻联合腹横肌平面阻滞对患者术后睡眠障碍的影响。常规麻醉诱导完成后，实验组在超声监测下，双侧行腹横肌平面阻滞；全麻组无特殊操作。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study aims to evaluate the effect of general anesthesia combined with transversal plane block on postoperative sleep disorders in elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery. After conventional anesthesia induction, the experimental group underwent bilateral transversal plane block under ultrasonic monitoring. No special operation was performed in the general anesthesia group. 

纳入标准：

①全麻气管插管下择期行开腹胃肠肿瘤切除手术患者 ②术前一天可完成匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）量表评分、 汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁症筛查量表（PHQ-9）的患者 ③ 年龄≥65岁，性别不限 ④ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级 ⑤知情同意，自愿参加该项试验，并由患者本人签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Patients undergoing elective laparotomy for gastrointestinal tumor resection under tracheal intubation under general anesthesia ② Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score could be completed one day before surgery. Patients with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Depression Screening Scale (PHQ-9) ③ Age ≥65 years old, gender is not limited ④ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ grade ⑤ Informed consent, voluntary participation in the experiment, and signed by the patient's informed consent

排除标准：

①术前一天匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）量表评分>7分的患者 ②合并严重心脑肝肾疾病患者 ③长期应用麻醉性镇痛药 、镇静剂的患者 ④既往有焦虑、抑郁等精神疾病史者 ⑤术前合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征者 ⑥筛选期前 3 个月内参加过其他药物或器械临床试验 ⑦研究者认为不适宜参加此项临床研究者

Exclusion criteria：

① Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score one day before surgery > Patients with a score of 7 ② Patients with severe diseases of heart, brain, liver and kidney ③ Patients with long-term use of narcotic analgesics and sedatives ④ Have a history of anxiety, depression and other mental illness (5) Patients with sleep apnea syndrome before surgery ⑥ Participated in other drug or device clinical trials within 3 months prior to the screening period ⑦ Researchers think it is not appropriate to participate in the clinical researchers
