研究目的：

本研究拟评估维持性血液透析患者中血清12-HETE水平与腹主动脉钙化评分之间的相关性，并确定12-HETE是否为维持性血液透析患者腹主动脉钙化的独立危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between serum 12-HETE level and abdominal aortic calcium score in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to determine whether 12-HETE is an independent risk factor for abdominal aortic calcification in maintenance hemodialysis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 自愿签署知情同意书； 2: 18≤年龄≤75岁，性别不限； 3: 维持性血液透析患者，每周进行 3 次血液透析（6-12 小时/周），持续至少 3 个月；

Inclusion criteria

1: Voluntarily sign the informed consent 2: 18≤age≤75 years old, gender is not limited 3: Maintenance hemodialysis patients, hemodialysis 3 times a week (6-12 hours/week) for at least 3 months

排除标准：

1: 年龄 < 18 岁； 2: 近3个月内有甲状旁腺切除术史； 3: 近3个月内使用华法林、类固醇或抗惊厥药治疗； 4: 合并严重感染、重度营养不良、严重心功能不全、肝功能损伤、恶性肿瘤及精神类疾病。 5: 经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Under the age of 18 2: Have a history of parathyroidectomy within the past 3 months 3: Treatment with warfarin, steroids or anticonvulsants within the past 3 months 4: Combined with severe infection, severe malnutrition, severe cardiac insufficiency, liver function damage, malignant tumor and mental illness. 5: The researchers judged that they were not suitable to participate in this study.
