研究目的：

1) 主要研究目的 比较乳腺癌患者腔镜逆序皮下腺体切除术与传统开放手术的长期肿瘤学安全性； 2)次要研究目的 ○1 比较腔镜逆序皮下腺体切除术与传统开放手术的短期外科相关并发症; ○2 比较腔镜逆序皮下腺体切除术后重建患者与传统保留乳房患者的长期美容学并发症及满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Primary objective: To compare the long-term oncology safety outcomes between the reverse-sequence endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy and the conventional open breast surgery; 2) Secondary objectives ○1 To compare the short-term surgical complications between the reverse-sequence endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy and the conventional open breast surgery; ○2 To compare the long-term cosmetic outcomes of patients with reconstruction after reverse-sequence endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy and conventional breast-sparing surgery;

纳入标准：

2020 年 5 月至 2023 年 4 月 在各中心接受腔镜逆序皮下腺体切除术与传统开放手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent reverse-sequence endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy and conventional open surgery at each center between May 2020 and April 2023

排除标准：

○1 .IV 期乳腺癌；○2 .肿瘤病变区域切除后有巨大皮肤缺损，需要植皮修复的患者

Exclusion criteria：

○1 .Stage IV breast cancer ○2 .Patients with huge skin defect in the lesion area after tumor resection that needs skin grafts
