Objectives of Study：

To promote maternal and child health service utilization in Liangshan, Sichuan through a comprehensive intervention, and to evaluate the potential effects of the intervention.

纳入标准：

1.2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日期间的孕产妇 2.凉山居民 3.年龄不小于16岁 4.自愿参加本干预并书面签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women or puerpera during January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 2. Liangshan residents 3. Not younger than 16 years old 4. Those who are willing to take part in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1.非孕产妇 2.非凉山居民 3.医生评估不适合纳入

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not pregnant women or puerpera 2. Not Liangshan residents 3. Those considered inappropriate to participate in this intervention by doctors.
