研究目的：

对于非种植体平台转移的种植体，在种植体平台位置会因机械应力，钛颗粒等导致1.5-2 mm的炎症区域，导致直径1.5-2 mm的碟型吸收，当两植体距离小于3 mm时，碟状吸收区域重叠导致牙槽嵴顶降低。 假设，不仅仅是非平台转移的种植体，平台内转移的种植体也存在平台处碟型的骨吸收。在≥3 mm安全距离的情况下，相邻位点植体的高度差会导致碟型区域的重合，导致牙槽嵴顶的降低。 本研究试图分析出，在种植体水平间距3mm的前提下，相邻种植体平台垂直向间距的安全范围。  

Objectives of Study：

For implant-supported restorations without platform switching, mechanical stress and titanium particles can cause an inflammatory zone of 1.5-2 mm in diameter, leading to a dish-shaped absorption of the bone. When the distance between two implants is less than 3 mm, the overlapping of the dish-shaped absorption area causes a decrease in the height of the alveolar ridge. This study attempts to analyze the safe range of vertical distance between adjacent implant platforms under the premise of a horizontal spacing of 3 mm between implants, considering the possibility of dish-shaped bone absorption also occurring at the platform of implants with platform switching.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①在术前设计进行相邻位点两植体植入；②资料库中可搜寻到超过三次CBCT检查，包括T0：种植术前；T1：种植术后即刻；T2：修复前；③可寻得完整的、可靠的术前、术中、术后资料及照片。

Inclusion criteria

(1) placement of two implants at adjacent sites in the presurgical planning, (2) availability of more than three cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans in the database, including T0 (preoperative), T1 (immediate postoperative), and T2 (before restoration), and (3) complete and reliable preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative data and photographs are retrievable.

排除标准：

①相邻植体之间角度差距较大；②相邻植体之间水平距离>10 mm。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Large angular differences between adjacent implants; (2) Horizontal distance between adjacent implants > 10 mm.
