研究目的：

通过围绕“免缝合微创玻璃体切除联合微切口超声乳化手术治疗伴 发白内障的玻璃体视网膜疾病”， 来 （1）建立优效性假设检验并进 行统计推断，评估联合手术的优势； （2）探索术后影响视功能恢复的 因素及微创眼底时代的合适的手术时机； （3）整合患者临床数据，建 立完善眼科手术患者数据库及随访系统； （4）形成标准操作规程， 提出全新的眼科医师能力培养模式。  

Objectives of Study：

By focusing on the topic of "Suture free Minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with microincision phacoemulsification for vitreoretinal disease with cataract", (1) Establish superior efficacy hypothesis test and conduct statistical inference to evaluate the advantages of combined surgery; (2) To explore the factors affecting the recovery of visual function after surgery and the appropriate timing of surgery in the era of minimally invasive fundus; (3) Integrating patients' clinical data, establishing and improving ophthalmic surgery patient database and follow-up system; (4) Form standard operating procedures and put forward a new ability training model for ophthalmologists.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据研究者的判断，愿意并且有能力进行所有访视和评估 （2）年龄：筛选时年龄大于等于50周岁 （3）视力情况：最佳矫正视力小于 0.5（字母数 73 个） （4）患需行手术治疗的玻璃体视网膜疾病：黄斑裂孔、黄斑前膜、玻璃体黄斑牵引综合征、玻璃体积血不伴有视网膜脱离、增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 （5）患有符合白内障手术指征，

Inclusion criteria

(1) Willing and able to conduct all visits and assessments as judged by the investigator. (2) Age: 50 years or older at the time of screening (3) Vision: The best corrected vision is less than 0.5 (73 letters) (4) Patients with vitreoretinal diseases requiring surgical treatment: macular hiatus, premacular membrane, vitreoretinal traction syndrome, vitreoretinal hemorrhage without retinal detachment or proliferative vitreoretinal disease (5) Patients meets the indications for cataract surgery

排除标准：

（1） 既往有眼部手术史或者眼部激光治疗史； （2）有青光眼、年龄相关性黄斑变性、视网膜脱离等眼部疾病史； （3）近视度数大于 600 度或眼轴大于等于 26.5mm； （4）合并其他全身性疾病，如，心血管系统疾病：高血压等；内分泌系统疾病： 糖尿病等；免疫系统疾病：系统性红斑狼疮等；神经系统其他疾病：阿尔兹海默症、帕金森病等；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of eye surgery or eye laser treatment; (2) A history of glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachment and other eye diseases; (3) the degree of myopia is greater than 600 degrees or the axis of the eye is greater than or equal to 26.5mm; (4) With other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular system diseases: hypertension, etc.; Endocrine system diseases: diabetes, etc. Immune system diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. Other diseases of the nervous system: Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.
