1. 分析新冠病毒感染肺炎患者体内炎症因子及可溶性粘附因子表达水平，并明确差异表达分子； 2. 明确差异表达炎症因子及可溶性粘附分子在疾病分级、治疗指导、预后判断中的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the expression levels of inflammatory factors and soluble adhesion factors in patients with COVID-19, and identify differentially expressed molecules; 2. To calrify the clinical application value of differentially expressed inflammatory factors and soluble adhesion molecules in disease classification, treatment guidance and prognosis judgment for COVID-19.
